Our manufacturing base is located in Shaanxi Province, with an occupation area of 56.68mu, an architecture area of 27296.81 m2, we have a full set of edge-cutting plant extracting equipments and technologies. It is planted to build 26 production lines in total, and 16of them have been accomplished and put into operation during the Phase I and Phase lI with a daily output of 4 tons.
Our manufacturing base contains plant extracting workshops, plant extracting warehouses, power workshops, cooling and recycling water-houses,600 tons sewage treatment station, solvent resolver area, as well as modern warehouse, distribution substation, fire-fighting pool and other auxiliary equipments, which cover an area of over 3000m2 in total, we also have complete cleaning workshops and packaging production lines.
The main body of extraction workshop is of first-class A type and explosion-proof one built up by steel structure, with multiply floors regionally according to processing procedures and equipments installation. The extracting workshops are constituted by plant extracting production lines, automatic plant extracting production lines, products pilot production lines, dry tower, cleaning workshops, and infrastructures including pure water preparation room, layout of air conditioner room, air compressor room, vacuum pump room, water-cooling room and power distribution room. There is a 100 thousand-degree essential area in the extracting workshops, where all the crude products from every production line would go through procedures including crystallization, drying, crushing, packaging before they are made into finished products, and the purification level is D.
As for the quality control, we have built an advanced products quality inspection center and a complete laboratory. According to the GMP standard, the center is equipped with state-of-art PPSL-2 irradiation residual food and drug detectors, HBS-S halogen moisture testers, pure water preparation system, membrane filtration system, anti-fltering system, high performance liquid chromatographs, gas chromatographs, heavy metal detectors, and ultraviolet chromatographs to carry out tests to different programs by methods including HPLC, UV, GC, TLC. The comprehensive testing equipments and high-quality testing personnels serve as a sound guarantee to the quality of our products.
